These Terms and Conditions apply to all products sold by Aero Chair, whether through retail or wholesale channels. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Orders and Pricing

* All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

* Wholesale pricing is strictly applicable to bulk orders meeting our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

* For custom orders or large wholesale batches, a formal quotation will be provided, and prices are locked only upon receipt of an advance payment.

3. Payment Terms

* Retail: Full payment is required at the time of purchase or prior to delivery.

* Wholesale: A 50% deposit is required to initiate bulk orders, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.

* We accept payments via Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfer.

4. Delivery and Logistics

* Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

* It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible for transport vehicles.

5. Inspection and Damaged Goods

* Customers must inspect all furniture (specifically revolving chair mechanisms and fabric) at the time of delivery or pickup.

* Any manufacturing defects or transit damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Aero Chair is not responsible for damages reported after this period.

7. Returns and Exchanges

* Wholesale: Bulk orders are final and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started or the items have been dispatched.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from transactions with Aero Chair shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court
